Support and Updates

During the first year using Practice Suite, an active subscription is required. This will provide help with installation, implementation, updates, as well as technical issues and problems that may arise during the use of PowerMed software. After the first year, clients can choose to continue with a yearly S/U subscription at the current rate, or if they prefer, they can sign-up for Per-Call/Contact support. Subscriptions are completely optional with SOLO. Support is available 8:30am - 8:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Training

With other EMR companies, training and associated costs are a major component of the purchase price, perhaps as much as 50% in some cases. This doesn't even include the costs of shutting your office down, and additional training to get new hires up to speed will be both inconvenient and costly. So when comparing prices, be sure to compare quotes that include training. All PowerMed systems include a proven, full library of high quality videos allowing most offices to train themselves. Train when it makes sense for you - "on demand" and as often as you need, such as evenings, or anytime new staff come onboard.

Web presentations

Practice Suite and PowerMed SOLO users can view presentations on a variety of subjects. Events are scheduled and notice sent by email.
