Support and Updates

This subscription is required for the first year and is designed to provide updates, help with installation, implementation, as well as technical issues and problems that may arise during the use of PowerMed software. After the first year, clients can choose to continue with a yearly S/U subscription at the current rate, or if they prefer, they can sign-up for Per-Call/Contact support. Support is available 8:30am - 8:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Training

Training methods and associated costs of your system are a major component of the purchase price, perhaps as much as 50% in some cases. When comparing prices, be sure to compare quotes that include realistic training. All PowerMed systems include a proven, full training library of high quality videos allowing most offices to train themselves. Train when it makes sense for you - and as often as you need - such as evenings or when new staff come onboard. Other systems require onsite training which can add almost 50% to the overall system cost - not including shutting down your office. Live internet training is only somewhat less costly and does not provide "training-on-demand"

Should your needs extend beyond the movie libraries, web based and on-site training, administered by highly qualified training professionals, can also be provided. All PowerMed training programs are based on many years of experience and are designed to provide a smooth rollout, specific to the needs of each client. The result is a customized and effective EMR and practice management solution, reliably incorporated into your practice in a very short time.
